Portable Long Service Leave (PLSL) administers the Construction Industry Fund, which manages employer levies to provide portable long service leave benefits for eligible employees.
We are a not‑for‑profit statutory organisation established under the Construction Industry Long Service Leave Act 1987 (the Act). Created as a bipartisan initiative by the South Australian Government, the Act ensures a stable, fair and effective system for managing long service leave entitlements across the state’s construction industry.

As an independent agency under the PID Act, we uphold strong standards of record‑keeping, privacy and confidentiality.
